If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to read through our guideline below on returns and refunds.

We offer free returns to all customers. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not refund the 5% charity donation and the shipping costs charged on any orders.

Defective / Missing / Incorrect Item Received

If you believe you’ve received a defective, missing or incorrect item, please contact us at info@bobbysplanet.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by contacting us as explained above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Clearance Sales

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given for clearance items.
