When you make a purchase today, 5% of your purchase will be donated automatically to The DailyKarma Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity, which then processes payments to the nonprofits listed in our Donations page. The proceeds are evenly split between the charities and disbursed collectively at the end of each month.

Bobby's Planet focuses on multiple initiatives for impact:
• We donate to a list of relevant charities for immediate impact. Please check out our Donations page for details.
• Upon receiving your order, we will embroider your favorite animal friend on your chosen product and then ship the product out to you. By doing this, we are able to minimize fabric waste and have a significantly reduced carbon footprint. In terms of sustainability, we believe that this is the most responsible way of manufacturing.
• We only work with manufacturers in the US that prioritize sustainable practices by limiting and filtering water supplies, saving energy, recycling leftover fabric and pursuing ethical workplace practices.
• Our packaging is eco-friendly and is recyclable.

We feature a variety of animals on our products, specifically selected to represent key geographies of our planet. We not only focus on making an impact on our planet's wild life, but also look after our friends with paws. Most orders will be sent out via USPS. As the product will be embroidered following confirmation of your purchase, please expect an average of 3-5 business days for the item to be shipped. Depending on your location, delivery may take up to 8-9 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders below $100 will incur a progressive shipping rate between $4.90-$8.90 depending on the product ordered.

We currently ship only within the United States. Going forward, we would like Bobby's Planet to reach more customers around the world!

We offer free returns to all our customers within a 30-day return policy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not refund the 5% charity donation and the shipping costs charged on any orders.

Our clothing is worn best with a relaxed fit, tucked into jeans with rolled cuffs/sleeves!

Our products are generally unisex and are designed to be a regular fit not oversized, so please up if you prefer a looser fit.
